It’s about to get hot, hot, hot! This warm and welcoming little family joint located in the heart of Santa Fe prefers to operate in a no-nonsense, diner-style, ma and pa kind of fashion. But don’t be fooled by this Top 10 Santa Fe restaurant’s charm, they serve up some of the hottest Hot Chile around. What does a nosey pepper do? Gets jalapeno business. We had to throw in some street food lovin’ for our Top Ten Santa Fe food trucks! The El Molero fajita truck that parks mainly on the Plaza in the middle of the bustling city has been serving local foodies by the hundreds. This mobile food delight has won tons of awards and constantly has people chasing after it (just kidding, that would be funny though). Please both your taste buds and your wallet with this fast and furious eat. Hours and locations vary (that’s part of the fun)!
